Returns & Exchanges

At ASEREJE, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your fashion find isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
